The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over most terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It's not the lightest stroller that we have however it's much easier to lift up an entire flight than our competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when it's loaded with groceries and up to three children. The only downside is that it doesn't have an additional child board or seat to accommodate growing families.
1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that is able to accommodate kids up to 50 pounds. It's incredibly spacious, and the seat can recline easily and is laid flat. It's also simple to close and open and comes with an XXL canopy with peek-a-boo windows and venting. Nuna has updated the TAVO harness for 2021 by adding Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be fastened securely and quickly with just one hand.
The TAVO is a great option for parents who wish to save money. However, it's not the best option if you need an adjustable or bassinet seat. 2 in 1 pram pushchair can only be used in one way and isn't able to allow for a car seat, or other accessories such as the bassinet stand or rain cover, cup holder or child snack tray. For those who want a little more, the MIXX Next is a better choice since it can accommodate all of these things.

It's classified as a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different designs for use with various seat units, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).
The Cybex Gazelle is easy to move and light which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It also has a huge storage basket underneath and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to carry light shopping or groceries with it. It's a little more expensive than other two in one prams, however it's well worth the investment because the quality and functionality are top-notch.
This stroller comes with a single-pull safety harness that makes it simple to ensure your child is secured in the seat. It also has an adjustable sun canopy that has peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a tray for parents to store snacks, drinks and phones. The telescopic handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of parents, and the brake is easily accessible, making it safe for children to operate.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was bumpy. It weighs just 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. This is very light for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't have a canopy built-in, so your babies will require their own sunshades if they require additional protection from the elements.
In our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that handled well. It is able to maneuver through most terrains easily, but it isn't able to navigate over gravel and grassy areas. It can be difficult to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to solve this issue.
The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options however we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a plus, though it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side earned an outstanding score in both the weight and fold size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly in maneuverability which is an essential feature for parents who are looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product which is lacking some features that other strollers in our testing include, such as an extended recline or a large storage baskets. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who only require a second stroller on occasion, like for a trip to the Zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its relatively short frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer a smooth ride for your little ones. It's comfortable for passengers with a multi-position recline seat and cup holder for parents.
It also has a huge European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun and some protection against windy conditions. It also comes with two storage bags as well as the five-point safety harness, and two storage bags.
The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual isn't great and the assembly doesn't require tools. It is one of the lighter items in our test group. It can fold flat, making it very easy to carry and lift.
